We were using this cable service provider and we liked it. First of all, it has a huge variety of local and international cable channels, so much more than the ones I found when were still subscribed to Home Northland Cable in Upstate South Carolina Northland Cable is a rapidly growing company, and offers a number of different products and services.
Due to the fact that cable is not deregulated in South Carolina, we were forced to opt for either satellite or Northland Cable. If they were based in the states, they would have been shut down a long time ago. Unfortunately for those who FedEx In my opinion, FedEx www. I've been dispatching and sending packages, documents and boxes using FedEx services for more than 2 years and I can assure I never had a single headache about it's services!
And honestly I Here's why: Their customer service is terrible. Yesterday, I was quoted three different prices by three different people for basic cable. I once returned one of They offer cable, internet service and phone service.
I only had the internet and cable service though. I believe now that that was a fluke, because they also promised that a rebate was forthcoming. Now I am confused because the person who made this promise was a Destiny employee of the Billing Department. But, subscribers, take note. We now have a new account number under Sky Cable. Does this mean that Sky is not accountable to the promise made by Destiny?
I am asking them why they are doing this through that billing destiny. My next email to them may be a request for termination after all. This is if I am dissatisfied with them after bearing the inconvenience — service interruption, and now fair and just billing. I know of another Destiny subscriber in the same boat. Tapos, patay mali pa, kala mo walang nangyari. Ignore ko na sana, kung hindi lang nila tayo pinahirapan sa pagkontak sa kanila nung downtime nila. Ok pa rin sana kung mga 1 or 2 days silang nawala, pang-maintenance, justifiable sa akin na magbayad kahit walang service.
Pero 12 days? One more thing, I think it would have been nice for Destiny-Sky if, in this latest billing, they included an explanation of what happened, just like what Meralco does every time they need to ask subscribers to pay additional rate increases.

We cannot reach any customer service number given by sky cable for globe destiny subscriber… We are religously paying our monthly bill but we are very disaapppinted on the poor connection and bad signal of our cable. This due to rampant illegal connections tapped in the main line.
This is very irritating since those who gave illegal connections have clearer connections than us who are paying bills. Can globe destiny do any actions or checking in the area Bambang, Pasug City and pull-out all the illegal wirings? If no actions were done, you might as well close company and give damages to your customer due to your poor and irritating service!

We availed an offer by Destiny for our cable tv services after our g-sat contract expired. The cable was installed last September After two days wala nang signal. Our signal was cut early today at around 6am and until now, we still have no cable signal. Thanks in advance. Pera ko for your poor service! I am not from the Philippines but it really shocks me what kind of customer service is provided by these companies. I asked her to please double check yet her response seems to never change, it was NOT helpful at all as if they dont have the ability to solve problems aside from the standard ones.
Then I spent a long time just trying to find a reliable website for Destiny. Was so surpirsed to see so many sales agent pop up on Sulit. Would anyone really use those contact? Now I came across this website and tried the number given and i pressed 1 for cable and waited for 15min for an available agent… later on had to learn i have to redial and press 2 for bundle program.
We tried to pay at their accredited banks BPI and Metrobank but both banks declined our payment. When I called their Paranaque branch to request for payment pick up, which they used to offer, I was informed that they no longer have that service and have no idea where else we can settle our bill. Until now we are suffering with the same problem.

Napakaganda ng service ng Destiny Cable d2 sa Las Pinas Area every month almost 2x kami nawawalan ng signal on time naman kami mag bayad. Ang pinaka maganda dito ay wala pa nga ang due date ko may naniningil na d2 sa amin. Ngaun 4 days na nawalan kami signal dahil nagkamali daw sila ng putol ng linya pero hanggang sa ngaun wala pading action. Lagi kaming nawawalan ng signal every sunday morning and then babalik tapos after an hour mawawala ulit. I would like to follow up my application with Destiny Cable for my condo unit in the abovestated address. In connection with this, I would like to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the way my application is being handled by both your call certain agents and technical team.
I am being given the run around for almost two months now and the seeming lack of interest from Destiny for the added business I am giving is both alarming and upsetting! I hope my this letter reaches your top management so they will be aware of the kind of poor service you are giving to your prospective customers. I was for so many years a Skycable subscriber. Early this year, for practical purposes, upon learning that our condo has both Skycable and Destiny and that Destiny is a lot cheaper since we have analog type in our condo , I decided to have my Skycable disconnected as of January 10, I then promptly acted on my Destiny Cable application.
On January 12, I called your call center and spoke with a certain Nicole. She confirmed that we have analog type of cable in our condo for which the monthly dues is only pesos per month.
She told me of the documents needed, i. After around two weeks of inaction, I called again and spoke with a certain Ann. Ten days had passed and still no action! On January 30, I made a follow up with a certain Kay or Kate. She assured me that someone from your technical team will call me. Again another 10 days passed and no positive action from your end. By this time, I was really getting so frustrated but because I had my Skycable disconnection a month ago, I had no choice but to make a follow up my Destiny application.
A certain Berlin got my call and this time gave an assurance that I will get a call from your technical team. Finally, a certain Rico from your technical team appeared at my condo unit. Apparently, he claims that the installation he has been instructed to do at my unit is that of digital type.
I insisted to him that I was assured several times by the call center agents that there is analog type in our condo. I told Rico that had I known that he will install digital and pay much more than the pesos per month subscription, I would not have cut off my Skycable subscription.
It seems preposterous for me to move to another cable provider, pay for disconnection fee from my previous provider, pay another installation fee with the new service provider whose monthly dues is almost the same with the previous sky cable if in the end the installation to be done will that be of digital.
I waited again but no technical team has visited since then. By this date, my application remains pending for almost two months now. I would to know if you are still interested in the business which I am offering you. If not, I think I could reasonably demand for the re-installation of my Skycable at no extra charge or cost from me.
Ideally, I would want to have my Destiny analog cable installed but if this will take ages to do so then I suppose I have no other recourse but to go back to Skycable. My goodness Destiny we are not in the barrio or in town! There is a Audio problem that started around 9 days ago. Some channels the audio is very low while other channels the Audio is very high. The problem is at your end not at my condo. I have called this in 3 times and each time they send someone to my location even when told not to.
The answer I get is they will check with there engineers. Well the problem is still there. The last time I called it in I told the lady on the phone at least 10 times she did not need to send someone to my location the problem is at your end, but she still sent a crew here and wasted there time and your money because there is nothing they can do here.
Two times when I have called I asked to talk with a supervisor but I have been told the supervisor is unavailable or not there. The volume of the audio used to be the same for all the channels that I watch, now I have to adjust the volume every time I change a channel, why? Wala po kme cable for four days napo dito sa baranggay palatiw pasig city,kapag payment po updated kayo pero sa repair wala kayo update. I am still waiting for your repairman to come to my place.
