I would say 5'8" or 5'9" easy. You must consider her "body type" in this case. She is a classic "pear shape", which means her weight is in her thighs, hips, and general leg area. On top of that, she has short legs and a long torso.

I think this could give the illusion that she is much shorter than she is.
